Y'ALL!!!
"I am absolutely petrified of needles, but I am COVID recovered! I signed up with the Red Cross to donate plasma to help those in the hospital recover from COVID!"
"Our neighbors, who have a set of twins just 6 months older (and a few sizes bigger) than my own twins, dropped off a HUGE bag of clothes! They have single-handedly outfitted our kids sine we moved into the neighborhood 5 years ago. I am forever grateful for their generosity."
"My dad had a medical emergency. I needed to get to my parents house as soon as I could. I called a girl friend, sobbing that I needed help. She was out the door & in her car before I could even say what I needed. She was at my house within three minutes and stayed with my kids, and the one girl I was babysitting, until my husband could get home 30 minutes later. She didn’t hesitate. She dropped everything and acted immediately. I’ve never been so grateful."
"My sister held my hand while we watched a scary movie. I had been wanting to watch this movie for a while, since I heard it was very well done. She knows I get scared easily, and that I am very sensitive to certain plot themes. She helped me feel safe."
"I made and gave away 1600 masks in my community. People served me by donating fabric, thread, and elastic. Most of which I didn’t even ask for… so it didn’t even cost me anything to make the masks!"
